What residents can expect to verify

Planning descriptions mention road rebuilding, resurfacing and accessibility improvements. These figures are estimates from a 2025 document—not verified current contract values or evidence that construction has begun. Residents should check the county’s current capital-improvement dashboard, any awarded contracts and posted closure notices before making travel arrangements.
